MY SERVICES
Doesn't matter what goals you have, My services will lead your projects to success. I practice an individual approach so I am flexible to create comfortable conditions for our cooperations.
Work begins after making an advance payment of 50% of the total cost of the project. The remaining 50% is paid before I'll deliver you the final materials.
VISUALIZATION BASED ON DESIGNER'S TASK
Square meter - 15 $
Angle - from 100 $ (work on angles is calculated individually)
On average, work for one room takes from 2 to 5 working days, as a result you get 5-6 angles in a resolution of 2000 pixels on the long side.
The designer (architect) provides me materials for working with the room:
• Drawings: measuring, furniture, ceilings, air-conditioning, radiators, lighting, wall sweep + color scheme and materials used, indicated where to use them.
• A selection of furniture, lighting, plumbing, large decorative items (names, articles, color or link to this item)
• Concept: interiors, furniture references, moodboards or collages
• Photo from the object
I don't require detailed drawings from you, but if I'll have more materials I could make my work more quickly and efficiently.
The work consists of several stages:
The screenshots of the scene
Visualizations in draft quality
Visualizations in good quality
At the stage of screenshots and draft renderings, I'll make all the necessary adjustments, but after preparing visualizations in a good quality, further changes and their cost are calculated individually (based on the time required for them)
DESIGN CONCEPT DEVELOPMENT, ADVERTISING

•Concept: interior references

I won't select specific pieces of furniture and materials, but I'll help you with the creation of a nice picture and the overall concept of the interior in the style, which you need.
The work consists of several stages:
1. Visualizations in draft quality
2. Visualizations in good quality
At the stage of draft renderings, I'll make all the necessary adjustments, but after preparing the visualizations in good quality, further changes and their cost are calculated individually (based on the time required for them)
PLANNING DEVELOPMENT
Square meter - 5 $
On average, work with one object takes from 5 to 10 working days, as a result you get plan of a furniture layout of the interior in PDF and DWG.
Development of a furniture layout plan based on the wishes and requirements of the customer. WITHOUT VISUAL PART.
The designer (architect) provides me materials for working with the room:
• Drawings: measuring
•Concept: interior references (to understand the general style of the future interior)
•Photo from the object
•Completed application form with basic needs and desires

1. Preparation of 3-4 variants for planning solutions
2. Selection of 1 variant and its final revision
